Representation of the taxpayer class in litigation that produced Alabama Supreme Court decisions in 2009 and 2010, including Jefferson County Commission v. Edwards.
Trust construction and administration
Representation of beneficiaries in Matthews v. LaPenna, a three-week bench trial involving the construction and administration of an Alabama trust estate encompassing approximately 12,000 acres.
Real property and boundary litigation
Representation in Gilbreath v. Harbour, a reported Alabama Court of Civil Appeals case concerning a property boundary, adverse possession, and a driveway easement.
