About J. Eric Brisendine
Eric Brisendine joined the firm in 2002. His practice focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, business disputes, and construction law. Born and raised in Fort Payne, Eric pairs deep local roots and community commitment with extensive litigation experience to secure favorable, high-quality outcomes for his clients.
His ties to the community include representing several local nonprofits and serving as an active board member for numerous local civic organizations. Outside of the courtroom, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and being an active member of his church.
Professional and volunteer service
Eric is a longtime member of the Alabama State Bar’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, and he has served on various other Alabama State Bar committees. He is also a graduate of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum.
Locally, Eric currently serves as a board member of the Fort Payne Depot Museum and Ponderosa Bible Camp in Mentone, Alabama.
